The content of our website was prepared with the greatest care. However, we cannot provide any guarantee that the content is correct, complete and up-to-date. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these sites in accordance with the general legislation. As a service provider, we are, however, not obliged to monitor external information supplied or stored, or to investigate any circumstances indicating illegal activities. This does not affect the obligation to remove or block the use of information in accordance with the general legislation. However, liability in this regard only arises from the moment of knowledge of a concrete breach of law. We will immediately remove unlawful content once we are informed of any such breach of law.

2. Liability for links

We offer links to external websites, which are beyond our sphere of control. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for such external content. The provider or operator of such linked websites is always liable for the respective content. A permanent control of the content of linked websites without any specific indications of breach of law is not reasonable. We will immediately remove such links once we are informed of any breach of law. Please inform us if we should refer to websites whose content is a cause for complaint. You can do so by using the email address indicated in the company details set out on the website.

3. Copyright

The content and works provided by the site operators on our website are subject to copyright law. Copying, editing, distribution and any kind of use beyond the authorization of the copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies from this site are only permitted for private, but not commercial use. Insofar as the content of our website was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties will be observed. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. Nevertheless, please inform us if you become aware of any copyright infringement. We will immediately remove such content once we are informed of any such breach of law.
